Director Sam Davies began his career with a four-year apprenticeship at South Devon College, earning recognised industry qualifications (NVQ & City & Guilds) while gaining extensive on-site experience. This early foundation instilled the high standards of craftsmanship and professionalism that define the company today.
After completing his qualifications, Sam joined a larger South Devon building firm, taking on increasing responsibilities and eventually progressing to Site Manager. Armed with experience and a vision for delivering exceptional service, he founded Sam Davies Building Ltd.
Today, the company caters to all commercial and domestic building needs across South Devon. With an expanding team of skilled professionals, Sam Davies Building Ltd. provides a friendly, professional, and reliable service.
